The IKS Team
a British-American team, is a living example of the successful interaction
of cultures.
For over 25 years, Margaret Hollas-Culton and Diana A. Bursy have lived
and worked as expats
at the crossroads of several cultures. Based in Germany with numerous
professional and personal trips yearly within Europe and the U.S.A., they
have accumulated a wealth of cross-cultural experiences. Their personal
situations make them particularly sensitive to the special needs, concerns
and challenges of bicultural, expat and inpat families.
Freelance trainers since 1985, they founded IKS - Interkulturelles Training
Kommunikation Sprachen - in 1994. Since then, they have been applying
their extensive expertise to the development and implementation of management
training, coaching and consulting for American and European clients in
business, industry, unions and non-profit organizations.
